Ruitai leather industry is located in Che Lake Leather Industrial Area, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province which is along the rich and beautiful southeast coast of China. Xinyi Leather is the predecessor of which was found in 1997 ,based in Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, China. The company produces all kinds of full grain, cow suede, PU split leather, and functional fashion leathers with special treatment.
In 2015, in response to the government's call for green environmental protection and further expansion of production scale, Xinyi leather opened a new tannery called Ruitai Leather in the government planed ecological leather Industrial area in Zhangpu, Fujian Province. The new tannery was designed with a production capacity of more than 5 million square feet. The new plant covers an area of 108 acres, including 50,000 square meters of standard factory buildings and offices, staff dormitories, restaurants, entertainment and sports places, etc. It has a 12000 SQMT independent sewage treatment facility which can treat 2000 tons of sewage daily, supporting efficiently the water treatment requirement from its production.
Ruitai leather was equipment with full sets of new tanning machines from Italy, South Korea, Taiwan etc. It purchases only raw materials from LWG Gold rated suppliers from European and USA in order to make sure every hides was traceable. The company also set up strictly control over its chemical consumptions. Only the ZDHC certified chemicals are allowed to be purchased and used for its production.
The company was gold rated and audit as requested by LWG. We are a member of SATRA. Our Lab and our QC staff are all certified by SATRA. Besides, the company is also running HIGG program, photovoltaic power generation program, wastewater recycling program, carbon emission reduction program, CBD, ISO14001,GRS program and so on which are targeting in continuous improving in its sustainable development.
